The service

PokeBok is a free, non-commercial fan site for browsing Pokémon cards and keeping a personal collection list and wishlist. It is not a marketplace and has no connection to buying or selling cards. By creating an account you accept these terms.

Who can use it

Anyone can browse the site. To create an account you must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, ask a parent or guardian before signing up.

Not affiliated

Pokémon and all related names, card images and artwork are trademarks and © of Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc. and The Pokémon Company. PokeBok is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Card data and images come from the community project TCGdex; they may contain errors or gaps.

Your account

Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Your display name must not impersonate others or contain offensive or unlawful content. You can export your data or delete your account at any time from your account page.

Acceptable use

• Do not try to access other people's accounts or data, or to get around security measures.
• Do not overload the site, for example with automated bulk downloading. Use TCGdex directly if you need the card data.
• Do not use the site for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules. Where possible we will tell you why beforehand.

No warranty

The service is provided free of charge and as is, without guarantees of availability or accuracy. We may change or discontinue features, and will try to give notice before removing the ability to export your data. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version; for significant changes we will also notify account holders by email before they take effect.

Law and contact
